About the Creator

Hello, I’m Jacqui. I’m a certified Health Coach, Reiki practitioner, and creator of soulful wellbeing programs designed to support women in living with more calm, vitality, and connection. My own journey has been shaped by gut health challenges, chronic stress, and periods of burnout that slowly taught me something profound: healing doesn’t come from more pushing, striving, or forcing ourselves to be “better.” It comes from learning to listen. From softening. From coming home to the body with kindness, patience, and Self-trust. As I deepened my own healing and began teaching women through health coaching and Reiki, I saw this pattern again and again. So many women were exhausted from carrying, coping, and caring — disconnected from their own needs, their own energy, and what it truly feels like to be at ease in their own bodies. Many had forgotten what calm actually felt like. My work is devoted to guiding women back to themselves. Back to a sense of inner safety, self-trust, and gentle vitality. I believe wellbeing is not about perfection or pressure, but about creating small, loving rituals that support your nervous system, nourish your body, and reconnect you with who you truly are. I created Coming Home to Calm and The Vibrant Woman Blueprint as an invitation into this way of living — a softer, more conscious relationship with yourself, where wellbeing becomes something you feel, not something you strive for.
