Each module is broken into 3-4 easy-to-digest lessons with visual and audio presentation slides to guide you (about 10 minutes per lesson), meaning you can complete in just 1 hour per week to start building sustainable, healthy habits.

About Me

Hi, I'm Jacqui, a PreKure Certified Metabolic Nutrition Health Coach with a true passion for all things health and wellbeing! 

My mission is to help men and women reconnect with their own unique body, upgrade their mindset, and get curious about what truly fuels them for life-changing wellbeing. 

My own health journey began after years of struggling with low mood, ongoing fatigue, and chronic gut health issues. For years, I struggled to find the answers or support I needed to feel well — and that struggle ultimately became the motivation that led me to a career I love: helping others achieve lasting health. 

After much trial and error, exploring various healing modalities, and finally letting go of yo-yo diets and quick fixes, I discovered the secret to true health: it’s about the small, everyday choices we make — our thoughts, behaviors, habits, and mindset. 

These are the keys to lasting wellbeing, and I’m here to guide, support, and champion you on your journey to renewed health.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Back to Basics Healthy Habits program consists of 6 modules. With the self-paced option, and the one on one coaching supported option, you can complete the course in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on your preferred pace. A new module will be released weekly or bi-weekly—it's entirely up to you!

The recommended technical requirements for this course include using a computer or tablet, as this will allow you to easily see and read the slides. However, if you prefer, you can listen to the audio and zoom in on the slides using a mobile phone. For the best viewing experience, we suggest using a computer or tablet.

If you would like to include the 1:1 coaching support package, you will need access to Zoom or Teams for online coaching sessions. This can be discussed prior to signing up.

You will have access to all 6 modules for 6 months. Additionally, you can download PDFs for future reference, allowing you to revisit the material whenever you need.

If you need any guidance, I'm just an email away and happy to assist. However, for more ongoing support, personalised guidance, accountability, and a dedicated cheerleader to help you create lasting change, I highly recommend the package that includes 6 one-on-one coaching sessions. This will provide you with the extra support you need to stay on track and achieve your goals.

No, this course is not accredited. However, it offers valuable information and practical tools to help you build healthy habits and make lasting changes in your life. While it may not provide formal certification, the skills and knowledge gained can still have a positive impact on your well-being.

There are no formal assignments, but after each module, you'll be encouraged to reflect on the content and create small, actionable steps that bring you closer to the health and happiness you desire. Additionally, you'll find fun quizzes that help you assess where you are, understand what's important to YOU, and identify the next steps on your journey!

Yes, you can pause your enrolment at any time. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to take a break, feel free to pause and pick up where you left off when you're ready.


You can also cancel your enrolment if you choose, but please note that we have a no-refund policy. We recommend keeping your enrolment open for the full 6 months, as this allows you the flexibility to return to the program whenever it fits your schedule and when you're ready to continue your journey toward health and happiness.
